Falls Prevention Package

Our Falls Prevention program is an intensive, 6-week therapy package that comes to you, designed to reduce the risk of falls through rigorous exercises focused on balance, coordination, and overall safety. With sessions twice a week in the comfort of your home, we provide hands-on, targeted therapy to help you build strength and improve mobility. This program focuses primarily on enhancing your physical abilities to prevent falls, rather than environmental changes or aging in place. Our goal is to empower you with the tools and skills needed to move safely and confidently, minimizing your risk and improving your overall quality of life.
